Overview

There are sixteen carriages in the package:

  • SAR "Short Tom" carriages - 144, 135, 450, "Flinders", "Light", "Sturt"
  • SAR "Long Tom" carriages - 207, 401, 409, 470, "Morambro"
  • SAR "Short Tom" Goods brake van #4891, 4893, 4894
  • SAR "Long Tom" brake van
  • SAR "Short Tom" Paycar

Installation Instructions

  • Download the installer to your PC. Run the installer; it will find your MSTS installation.
     
  • These carriages require the installation of the VR Passenger Carriage Sounds for correct operation. Click on the link to commence downloading a 1,985,764 byte installer.
     
  • You will then need to create a consist to use these carriages.

    Additional Notes

    These models have release3 physics by Ian Bowles of team-ALCO; these models also include new double-coupler statements. A new default.wag has also been installed in the DEFAULT folder (the original file is renamed default.old). This enables satisfactory use in both default MSTS and MSTSBin installations.
